Valle Warranty Policies
Glove Limited Warranty Policy:
Valle Sporting Goods provides a one year limited, non-transferable warranty policy on all gloves (excluding those on clearance) against defects in materials or workmanship specifications. The one year limited warranty period begins on the date the glove was received by the purchaser.
Valle Glove Warranty Eligibility Requirements:
- Glove must have been purchased directly from Valle Sporting Goods.
- Warranty claim must be made from the original purchaser of the product.
- Customer must have a valid receipt or order number as proof of original purchase of the product.
- Glove must not have been abused, misused, stored or cared for improperly, repaired or modified.
- The warranty claim must be completed within the one year original warranty period from the date that the product was received by the customer.
- The warranty period covers a one-time replacement of the glove. A replacement product does not start a new warranty period.
Valle Glove Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Any glove that has been steamed, put in water, microwaved, baked or any other “alternative” process for breaking in the glove other than, playing catch with it. Any of these alternative break in processes COMPLETELY VOID the warranty.
- Normal wear and tear during play.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, deformations, or discoloration) including fading of colors.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence, including prolonged exposure to inclement weather.
- Failure to properly care for the glove.
- Damage caused by rips, cuts, tears, burns, or abrasions.
- Damage caused by steaming devices or other heat or water treatment.
- Unauthorized repair, modification or alteration done by anyone other than Valle Sporting Goods.
- Any products purchased “used” or from the Valle Sporting Goods clearance page.
- Products purchased anywhere other than from Valle Sporting Goods directly.
- Any damage that occurred outside of the limited one year warranty period.
- Warranty does not cover the return shipping costs including and duty and import fees for the customers outside of the USA.
Bag Limited Warranty Policy:
Valle Sporting Goods provides a three month limited, non-transferable warranty policy on all bags (excluding those on clearance) against defects in materials or workmanship specifications. The three month limited warranty period begins on the date the bag was received by the purchaser.
Valle Bag Warranty Eligibility Requirements:
- Bag must have been purchased directly from Valle Sporting Goods.
- Warranty claim must be made from the original purchaser of the product.
- Customer must have a valid receipt or order number as proof of original purchase of the product.
- Bag must not have been abused, misused, stored or cared for improperly, repaired or modified.
- The warranty claim must be completed within the three month original warranty period from the date that the product was received by the customer.
- The warranty period covers a one-time replacement of the bag. A replacement product does not start a new warranty period.
Valle Bag Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear during use.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, deformations, or discoloration) including fading of colors as a result of normal use.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence, including prolonged exposure to inclement.
- Failure to properly care for the bag.
- Damage caused by rips, cuts, tears, burns, or abrasions.
- Damage caused by embroidery or screen printing on the product
- Any products purchased “used” or from the Valle Sporting Goods clearance page.
- Products purchased anywhere other than from Valle Sporting Goods directly.
- Any damage that occurred outside of the limited three month warranty period.
- Warranty does not cover the return shipping costs including and duty and import fees for the customers outside of the USA.
All Other Valle Products Warranty:
Valle Sporting Goods provides a 15 day, non-transferable warranty policy on all other products (excluding those on clearance) against defects in materials or workmanship specifications. The 15 day limited warranty period begins on the date the product was received by the purchaser.
Valle Product Warranty Eligibility Requirements:
- Product must have been purchased directly from Valle Sporting Goods.
- Warranty claim must be made from the original purchaser of the product.
- Customer must have a valid receipt or order number as proof of original purchase of the product.
- Product must not have been abused, misused, stored or cared for improperly.
- The warranty claim must be completed within the 15 day original warranty period from the date that the product was received by the customer.
- The warranty period covers a one-time replacement of the product. A replacement product does not start a new warranty period.
